11.48 divided by 3.28? I am not sure how to divide it out. I know to move decimal

the answer is 3.5. to divide it out you move the decimal over 2 to the right and do the same for 11.48. and you just do long division

You are going to divide them evenly. Which means 11.48 is the biggest number than 3.28 sooo, you would divide 11.48 by 3.28. Does that make sense?
