first of all you substract the two numbers 24.10-22.99=1,11 
know you do ratios 1,11 on 24,10 equals x on a hundred you aligne the fraction so 1,11 is x percent and 24,10 equals to 100 percent know multipilie 1,11 by 100 and divide it by 24,10 and that youre answer.
