when x = -2 , y = 3/2 (-2)  - 4 = -7
when x = 0 , y = 3/2 (0)  - 4 = - 4
when x = 2 , y = 3/2 (2)  - 4 = -1

now you have 3 points (-2, -7), (0, -4), (2, -1)
use these points to graph your equation
