[tex]3x \leq 24[/tex]
[tex]x \leq \frac{24}{3} [/tex]

X=8 or less because 3(8)/4 and 24/4 and that equals 6 so if you do anyless then 8 it will be less then 6 but if you do greater than 8 it will come out too much
