The rank of blood cells in a normal person and one with sickle cell anemia is the same. How can you conclude that the person has sickle cell anemia

What I know is that sickle-cell anemia is when red blood cells are sickle-shaped instead of disc-shaped and can't deliver enough oxygen to the cells in the body.
