B because 1 plus 8 is 9 then you'd multiply the first fraction by 2 which would be 6 over 10 and multiply the second fraction by 5 so you'd get 5 over 10then you add the fractions and youd get 11 over 10 or 1 and 1 over 10 then you add the 9 to get 10 and 1 over 10
