Answer: 25v+16
Solution: Distribute the -3 to the whole equation in the parenthesis. This will make the equation 27v+12-2(v-2). Do the same thing with the -2 and the other parenthesis. This will make the equation 27v+12-2v+4. Combine like terms. This will make the equation 25v+16.
