Let’s see 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
We have to identify our evens from our odds
2,4,6,8 are evens
1,3,5,7,9 are odds.
From this we can conclude there are 4 even numbers so that is a 4/9 chance to pick an even or 44% chance.
