Omar has 2 2/3 cups pf dough to male dumplings. If he uses 3/16 cup of dough for each dumpling, how many whole dumplings can he make

2 2/3 cups is = 128 teaspoons and 3/16 is = 9 teaspoon. 128÷9=14.22.. so the answer would be 14
