I think this reads

[tex]\dfrac{125^{\frac a3}}{25^{\frac b2}}[/tex]

in which case we would have

[tex]\dfrac{(5^3)^{\frac a3}}{(5^2)^{\frac b2}}=\dfrac{5^a}{5^b}=5^{a-b}=5^3=125[/tex]
