Answer:(3n^3r^2)^3 = 27n^9r^6

Because the exponents for ^3 are the same add them that's 6 and then you have 3 which need to tbe multiplied 3 times so 3 * 3 *3 equals 27 and the 9 comes from 3 * 3 exponent.
