The  formula  equation for  the reaction  between  hydroiodic  acid  and  beryllium  hydroxide      is as below

Be(OH)2  +  2 HI   =  BeI2 +   2H2O

Formula  of  hydroiodic is  =  HI
formula   of  beryllium hydroxide = Be(OH)2
